南方科技大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理學(xué)系副教授,研究員(正高級(jí))。2006年德國(guó)馬克斯普朗克分子遺傳所獲得功能基因組學(xué)博士學(xué)位,07年于同所建立獨(dú)立實(shí)驗(yàn)室,擔(dān)任青年科學(xué)家小組組長(zhǎng)(等同于德國(guó)一流高校副教授)。2009年起任德國(guó)馬科斯德?tīng)柌紖慰藝?guó)家分子醫(yī)學(xué)中心/柏林系統(tǒng)生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究所高級(jí)研究員。2016年8月加入南方科技大學(xué)。
長(zhǎng)期從事功能基因組/系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)、藥理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究,在新藥研發(fā)方面也富有經(jīng)驗(yàn)。聚焦功能基因組學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究,曾建立基于細(xì)胞芯片技術(shù)的包括蛋白質(zhì)亞細(xì)胞定位,誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡,蛋白質(zhì)-蛋白質(zhì)交互作用等多項(xiàng)高通量基因功能研究平臺(tái)。近年來(lái),致力于發(fā)展適用于基因調(diào)控研究和藥理學(xué)的系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)手段,特別是結(jié)合高通量測(cè)序、單細(xì)胞和空間多組學(xué)技術(shù)、表觀(guān)基因組學(xué)、CRISPR基因編輯篩選等前沿技術(shù)。并整合蛋白組/代謝組學(xué)等多組學(xué)手段,詮釋與發(fā)育進(jìn)程、腫瘤病理和藥物治療機(jī)制相關(guān)的核心基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
近五年以通訊(共同通訊)作者在 Cell,Developmental cell, Nature Communication, Pharmacological research, Oncogene, Genomics Proteomics and Bioinformatics,iScience 期刊發(fā)表研究論文 7 篇。入職南科大后發(fā)表研究論文共計(jì)>23 篇。

1.基于功能基因組,特別是結(jié)合高通量測(cè)序、單細(xì)胞時(shí)空組學(xué)、CRISPR基因編輯技術(shù)的藥物功能和分子機(jī)制研究。
