陳默,醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理學(xué)系研究員、副教授、南方科技大學(xué)穩(wěn)態(tài)醫(yī)學(xué)研究院院長(zhǎng)助理、博士生導(dǎo)師。入選國(guó)家級(jí)高層次青年人才項(xiàng)目,深圳市鵬城孔雀特聘專家。2013年于新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)(National University of Singapore)獲得博士學(xué)位,2014至2017年于新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)從事博士后研究。2017至2023年于美國(guó)威斯康星大學(xué)麥迪遜分校(University of Wisconsin Madison)相繼任博士后和研究員。主要研究方向聚焦于細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、脂質(zhì)生物學(xué)、磷酸肌醇信號(hào)通路、糖脂代謝與相關(guān)疾病分子機(jī)制。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、廣東省基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究基金委員會(huì)區(qū)域聯(lián)合基金項(xiàng)目、SMART深圳市醫(yī)學(xué)研究專項(xiàng)資金項(xiàng)目、深圳市基礎(chǔ)研究專項(xiàng)(自然科學(xué)基金)面上項(xiàng)目。代表性成果以通訊/第一作者(含共同)發(fā)表在Nature Cell Biology(四篇:2019、2020、2022、2025)、Trends in Cell Biology、Cell Death & Differentiation(兩篇: 2014、2018)、Protein & Cell、Cell Death & Disease、BBA-Molecular and Cell Biology of Lipids、Oral Science and Homeostatic Medicine、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Methods in Molecular Biology等國(guó)際知名期刊及叢書上,累計(jì)發(fā)表論文30篇。

研究領(lǐng)域:
本課題組主要利用生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、質(zhì)譜等多種方法來(lái)研究磷酸肌醇信號(hào)調(diào)控、物質(zhì)運(yùn)輸、糖脂與效應(yīng)蛋白的復(fù)合及生物學(xué)功能,了解脂質(zhì)在細(xì)胞器中非膜結(jié)構(gòu)上的定位以及作用機(jī)理,解析疾病中的糖脂代謝功能異常并以此為靶點(diǎn)開發(fā)新型藥物。
