師資
吳日博士,南方科技大學先進光源科學中心與化學系雙聘助理教授、課題組長、博士生導師。2013年本科畢業(yè)于上海大學錢偉長學院,導師為周振研究員。2019年博士畢業(yè)于香港中文大學化學系,導師為陳德華教授。2019年至2025年在瑞士蘇黎世聯(lián)邦理工學院從事博士后和資深研究員(Senior Scientist)研究工作,合作導師為Renato Zenobi教授。2025年加入南方科技大學,入選海外高層次人才計劃青年項目,主要從事以生物大分子結構解析為導向的質(zhì)譜儀器研制與方法學研究。
研究簡介
完整蛋白質(zhì)構象的精細分析是當前生物醫(yī)藥研究領域發(fā)展的重要趨勢,質(zhì)譜儀器已成為不可或缺的工具。面對不斷深入的研究需求,非變性質(zhì)譜、自上而下質(zhì)譜、離子淌度譜等多種結構質(zhì)譜技術,能夠從不同角度研究蛋白質(zhì)動態(tài)結構、功能和相互作用,持續(xù)驅動著質(zhì)譜儀器和生物質(zhì)譜方法發(fā)展。
我們致力于自主搭建多種類型的高端質(zhì)譜儀器和開發(fā)質(zhì)譜-熒光光譜聯(lián)用新技術,包括超高分辨傅里葉變換離子回旋共振質(zhì)譜、差分離子淌度譜、離子阱-熒光光譜聯(lián)用等,結合非變性質(zhì)譜、自上而下質(zhì)譜、離子淌度質(zhì)譜、氫氘交換質(zhì)譜、化學交聯(lián)質(zhì)譜等生物質(zhì)譜方法,為分析蛋白質(zhì)及其復合物構象提供了一種更加全面、靈敏且接近生理狀態(tài)的表征技術。近五年,以第一/通訊作者發(fā)表20多篇論文,包括J. Am. Chem. Soc.(4),Nat. Commun.,Anal. Chem.(2),J. Phys. Chem. Lett;授權中國發(fā)明專利8項;多次受邀在質(zhì)譜領域國際會議作主題報告,并擔任2026年國際質(zhì)譜會議(IMSC2026,法國里昂)學術委員會委員。
