個(gè)人簡介:
蘇明媛,南方科技大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院副教授、研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。2012年和2015年先后在臺(tái)灣大學(xué)獲得生化科學(xué)碩士和博士學(xué)位,2016-2021年在美國加州大學(xué)伯克利分校的Dr. James H. Hurley實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行博士后研究,期間榮獲AFTD Basic Science Postdoctoral Fellowship。2021年5月全職加入南科大醫(yī)學(xué)院。近年來以第一/通訊作者在Nature,NSMB,Molecular cell,Nature Communications, Science Advances,Cell Reports 等國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表文章。Nature Communications, Cell Press, Cell Discovery, eLife 和Cell Reports 期刊審稿人。

課題組利用生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)譜學(xué)以及蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)解析技術(shù)研究:
1)溶酶體生物學(xué)相關(guān)的生物大分子結(jié)構(gòu)和功能機(jī)制;
2)蛋白質(zhì)穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)控通路中的重要蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)解析、功能研究和轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用
