鄭梅珍博士2001年畢業(yè)于華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院,2004年獲暨南大學(xué)生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,2007年于中山大學(xué)附屬腫瘤防治中心取得腫瘤學(xué)博士學(xué)位。博士畢業(yè)后先后在新加坡基因組研究所(GIS)及美國(guó)杰克遜實(shí)驗(yàn)室基因組醫(yī)學(xué)中心(The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine)從事博士后及副研究員工作,期間參與 ENCODE 和 4D Nucleome 等國(guó)際重大項(xiàng)目。2019年底加入南方科技大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院,成立三維基因組學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。深圳市國(guó)家級(jí)領(lǐng)軍人才。以第一作者或通訊作者身份在 Nature, Science Advances, The EMBO Journal, Briefings in Bioinformatics 等國(guó)際權(quán)威期刊發(fā)表多篇研究性論文。主持/參與科技部、國(guó)家、省、市基金多項(xiàng);獲批專利4項(xiàng)。擔(dān)任 Genome Biology, Nucleic Acids Research, Journal of Genetics and Genomics, Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics 等期刊審稿人和基金評(píng)審人。廣東省精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用學(xué)會(huì)單細(xì)胞技術(shù)分會(huì)第一屆委員會(huì)委員;中國(guó)遺傳學(xué)會(huì)三維基因組學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員;國(guó)際三維基因組學(xué)研討會(huì)學(xué)術(shù)委員。
研究領(lǐng)域
鄭梅珍實(shí)驗(yàn)室專注于單細(xì)胞及單分子水平的三維基因組學(xué)前沿技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用,致力于揭示染色質(zhì)高級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)與基因轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控之間的空間動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系。實(shí)驗(yàn)室核心研究方向包括:
