師資
周菲遲博士現(xiàn)任南科大深港微電子學(xué)院研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師,入選國家級海外高層次人才(青年項目),國家重點研發(fā)計劃青年項目首席科學(xué)家,香港青年科學(xué)家獎獲得者,深圳市海外高層次人才(孔雀B類)。課題組主要從事感存算一體化神經(jīng)形態(tài)器件、人工智能視覺芯片、后摩爾新型半導(dǎo)體器件、先進三維單片集成感存算芯片的研究。周菲遲博士至今已在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域取得多項突破性進展及首創(chuàng)性成果,發(fā)表論文60余篇,被引用5000余次,相關(guān)研究成果以第一/通訊作者發(fā)表在多個國際頂級期刊,包括Nature Nanotechnology(2篇,1篇ESI高被引)、Nature Electronics(ESI高被引)、Nature Communications(2篇),Advanced Materials、ACS Nano,Nano Letters,Advanced Functional Materials等,研究成果被多家國內(nèi)外媒體邀請報道。作為項目負責(zé)人主持國家重點研發(fā)計劃青年科學(xué)家項目、國家海外優(yōu)青、國自然面上項目、國自然青年基金等多個項目。成立深港微電子學(xué)院-犀靈視覺神經(jīng)形態(tài)感存算芯片聯(lián)合實驗室,擔(dān)任實驗室負責(zé)人。獲香港青年科學(xué)家獎(物理/數(shù)學(xué),僅一名),International Symposium on Memory Devices for Abundant Data Computing最佳會議論文獎、IEEE ED/SSC會議論文獎及最佳博士論文獎等多個獎項。擔(dān)任Nature Electronics, Nature Sensors, Nature Communication, Science Advances, Advanced Materials,Advanced Functional Materials, Nano Letters等多個期刊審稿人。擔(dān)任InfoMat, Nano-Micro Letters, Materials Futures等期刊青年編委。
