個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介
30多年奮斗在我國(guó)深海科研與教學(xué)第一線,是我國(guó)在國(guó)際深??萍冀缬兄匾绊懙目茖W(xué)家。針對(duì)深??茖W(xué)前沿領(lǐng)域與國(guó)家重大需求,從科技創(chuàng)新和海洋科考緊密結(jié)合入手,在海洋地質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)理論研究和海洋原位探測(cè)工程技術(shù)應(yīng)用方面都取得了一系列首創(chuàng)性的重要成果。在西南印度洋及西太平洋巖石圈研究上取得重要突破,深化了板塊循環(huán)理論;在國(guó)際海底管理局提出“基線及其自然變化”的環(huán)境保護(hù)理念與標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立了國(guó)際海域多金屬結(jié)核礦床地質(zhì)模型,較早地在我國(guó)開展現(xiàn)代海底熱液活動(dòng)研究;推動(dòng)我國(guó)深潛科學(xué)和海底長(zhǎng)期觀測(cè)科學(xué)的發(fā)展,并自主研發(fā)原位采樣和實(shí)驗(yàn)儀器,在深海取得系列新發(fā)現(xiàn)和新認(rèn)識(shí)。迄今已獨(dú)立或與他人合作發(fā)表論文230多篇,其中發(fā)表在《Nature》、《Nature Geoscience》、《PNAS》、《Geology》等SCI 收錄期刊上的論文90多篇;主編中文著作3 部,參與撰寫國(guó)際海底管理局英文專著1 部。獲得省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)2 項(xiàng)(第三名和第四名),二等獎(jiǎng)2 項(xiàng)(第二名);已授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利22項(xiàng),已授權(quán)國(guó)家實(shí)用新型專利18項(xiàng)。為搭乘我國(guó)“蛟龍?zhí)枴陛d人深潛器下潛的首位科學(xué)家,主持完成了我國(guó)深海大洋第一個(gè)973計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目。同時(shí)為我國(guó)深海研究領(lǐng)域培養(yǎng)了十多位國(guó)家級(jí)人才或?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人。
歷任中國(guó)大洋地球與環(huán)境科學(xué)研究中心主任、國(guó)際海洋礦物學(xué)會(huì)三個(gè)執(zhí)委(Director)之一(2013年1月至2016年12月)、國(guó)際海底管理局咨詢專家、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委海洋學(xué)科專家評(píng)審組成員、國(guó)家863計(jì)劃海洋領(lǐng)域(九五末至十一五)專家組成員、2011-2013年國(guó)家基金委首屆重大科研儀器設(shè)備專項(xiàng)專家委員會(huì)成員、國(guó)務(wù)院大洋專項(xiàng)“九五”-“十五”期間環(huán)境項(xiàng)目的首席科學(xué)家。2012至2016年擔(dān)任了我國(guó)深海大洋領(lǐng)域首個(gè)973項(xiàng)目“西南印度洋洋中脊熱液成礦過(guò)程與硫化物礦區(qū)預(yù)測(cè)”的首席科學(xué)家,并曾多次擔(dān)任大洋航段及其它國(guó)內(nèi)外海洋科考的首席科學(xué)家。2016年至2022年,擔(dān)任我國(guó)“海底觀測(cè)網(wǎng)”大科學(xué)工程設(shè)施項(xiàng)目總工程師。2017年6月至2023年6月任加拿大國(guó)家海洋觀測(cè)網(wǎng)國(guó)際咨詢專家組成員。2023年7月開始,在南方科技大學(xué)海洋科學(xué)與工程系任講席教授。
